Question 7 has a partially incorrect answer. Give yourself credit if you said EITHER Colorado or Nevada. Navajoland has a pretty large BORDER on two sides of Colorado, but doesn't technically go inside Colorado. The three states the Navajo Nation has a presence in are Utah, New Mexico and Arizona.
Well thank you, kind sir, for giving me an extra point for the Navajo quiz. I got the same score for the sate quiz, more from good luck than any real knowledge.
I got 6 of 8 on the first one (missed Monument Valley and Window Rock). Did 5 of 8 on the state capitols. Missed Santa Fe, Phoenix and Harford (is it really Harford? I thought it was Hartford. Not that I've ever actually been there, so what do I know.)
I kind of like these. Of course, had I embarrassed myself in spectacular fashion I probably wouldn't. Then again, those scores would not have been acceptable to me (or anyone else) in high school.
If it makes you feel better, I knew which ones were capitals. I just didn't know all the trivia about state capitals. I refuse to feel guilty about not knowing data I was never exposed to or that might have changed (like populations) since I was in high school and learned them.
But you can be ashamed if you like. My great grandfather is long dead and probably has bigger things to worry about.

@A.- This was a bad idea. There's no way to tell who took the quiz or who is telling the truth or anything. Pft.
Plus they make it longer to loand the page. They're outta here! I'll go back to making up my own quizzes and badgering my commenters!

With the extra credit on Colorado, I'm 6/8 on both, but I don't remember what I missed.
Nope, I'm wrong. I'm 7/8 on the Navajo quiz and 5/8 on Capitals. Great grandpa would be proud if he ever knew I existed.
@Janet - It's Hartford. I can't spell. Miss eagle eyes. :) But you did very well.
@Stephanie - Great grandpa wouldn't be so proud about your state capitols. :) Not bad though.

Dang, Stephanie. I wasn't making fun of you. I'm sorry. Just a silly quiz to pass some time. K?
